I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to reach 250 episodes.
I don’t feel wildly different.
I don’t feel like I’ve “arrived.”
I still feel like the same person who hit record back in 2020, just someone who loves a good conversation and believes in the power of sharing what we’re learning along the way.

Why This Episode Isn’t About Me
When I started thinking about how to celebrate this milestone, I had a choice:
I could sit here and reflect on everything I’ve learned…
Or I could bring it back to the people and stories that made this podcast what it is.
And that choice felt really clear.
Because this podcast has never just been about me.
It’s been about:
- the guests who showed up vulnerably
- the stories that stuck with you
- the messages that made you pause, rethink, and take action
And most importantly, it’s been about you listening on the other side.

The Stories That Stayed With Us
So for this episode, number 250, I went back through the archives and pulled snippets from some of the most popular episodes over the years.
And what I love about this collection is how wide-ranging it is.
You’ll hear conversations about:
- grief and loss
- infertility and healing
- marketing and business growth
- music and creativity
- small town life and big dreams
- and the quiet, powerful work of becoming
Because that’s what The Found Podcast has always been.
Not one niche.
Not one lane.
But a space where we explore what it really means to found something meaningful and find ourselves in the process.
Episodes highlighted in the show:
- Episode 80: The Gift of Music with Callie FitzGerald
- Episode 210: The Five Best Days of Summer with Abby Jaeger of The Great Jones County Fair
- Episode 90: No Foot Too Small and Honoring Angels with Robin Boudreau
- Episode 176: This Episode is Shit: Hard Truths about Leading Yourself
- Episode 202: Stories That Sell: Engaging Strategies for the Digital Age with Jenn Hanson-DePaula
- Episode 82: Mental Health in Small Towns with Dr. Lauren Welter
- Episode 99: Linley Cavin of Storied Folk and Company
- Episode 106: Make Room for Magic
- Episode 81: The Power of Community with Charlotte Knuth
- Episode 135: It’s Okay to Change
From Small-Minded to Found
Some of these clips go all the way back to 2022 when this was still the Small-Minded Podcast.
And listening back to those episodes?
It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t always look like a straight line.
It evolves.
It expands.
It becomes something new.
And that’s exactly what this podcast, and honestly, my life, has done over the past five years.

What I Hope You Take From This
As you listen to this episode, I hope you don’t just hear a collection of clips.
I hope you hear:
- a moment you forgot about
- a message you needed again
- a story that hits differently this time
And maybe even…
👉 the nudge to go back and listen to a full episode
👉 the courage to take a step you’ve been putting off
👉 the reminder that you’re not alone in whatever you’re building or becoming
Thank You for Being Here
