This week’s episode of The Found Podcast with Molly Knuth is… different.
And incredibly special.
Instead of interviewing a leader or expert about this month’s topic of friendship for ambitious women, I invited six of the most influential women in my life — my best friends — to sit around my kitchen table and hit record.

Was the audio perfect? No.
Was the laughter loud? Yes.
Was it exactly what my heart needed? Absolutely.

The Power of Friends Who Become Family
The seven of us have been through everything together:
• College nights and bachelorette trips
• Weddings, babies, new houses, new jobs
• Illness, surgeries, grief, and gut-wrenching seasons
• The daily chaos of motherhood, marriage, and life
As one friend said:
“In my 40 years… you bitches make up most of the defining moments.” (ps: you may need earmuffs for this episode…or pop your airpods in if the kiddos are around!)
We’ve gone two years without managing to get all seven of us in one room (kids + schedules = impossible math)… yet we never doubt it:
“If I needed help with my dog, my kids, my life — I could call any of you and you’d show up.”

Why These Rituals Matter
We laugh about our epic Nashville trip.
We still exchange Christmas cookies every year.
We remember each other’s first cars, first kisses, and questionable decisions.
These silly sacred memories are what anchor us to joy when life feels overwhelming.
They’re proof that:
- Friendship doesn’t expire
- Time apart doesn’t mean love apart
- You don’t have to share DNA to be a family

The Invitation
My hope is that this episode inspires you to:
• Schedule a girls’ night
• Plan the trip
• Make the cookies
• Tell your friends you love them
Because friendship isn’t background noise.
It’s the soundtrack of a beautiful life.
